Passion for people and a genuine interest in listening and responding to the needs of others Ros has been involved in the development of comprehensive support plans, implemented innovative strategies for skill-building and social inclusion, and continuously evaluated and improved supportive practices and interventions based on feedback and outcomes. Qualifications:

  • Certificate IV in Disability Work,
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
