Darian Tytler-kelly - Director & Youth Mentor
Hi, I’m Darian — a passionate youth mentor, support worker, and creative program facilitator dedicated to helping people with disabilities build confidence, independence, and connection.
I’ve been working in the disability sector for several years and hold full NDIS accreditation. My background as a qualified personal trainer (Certificate IV in Fitness) has given me a strong foundation in motivation, goal-setting, and creating tailored support programs that empower people to achieve their personal best — both physically and emotionally.
My approach to support is holistic and person-centred. I work alongside participants to build essential life skills, increase independence, and engage more fully in the community — whether that’s through daily living support, social outings, creative programs, or goal-based mentoring. I believe in creating opportunities that go beyond routine care, focusing on empowerment, skill development, and meaningful connection.
Outside of work, I’m a motorcycle and car enthusiast — I even run track days and recreational outings that give participants a chance to build confidence and social connections in a supportive setting.
Music is a huge part of my life. As DJ Gone Magic, I perform at community events including Minda Inc., and I’m also a radio host on FreshFM, where I get to share my love of music and connection with the wider community.
For me, working in this field is about more than just providing support — it’s about inspiring people to discover their passions, build independence, and live a life full of purpose, confidence, and joy.
