Tania Duff-Tytler - Director and Healer
Hi, I’m Tania — I’ve spent over 15 years working in education and leadership, including overseeing the Disability Unit at Golden Grove High School. During that time, I supported students with a wide range of abilities, learning styles, and social needs, developing a strong foundation in individualised support and person-centred care.
My background as a Support Worker has strengthened my commitment to empowering individuals through compassion, connection, and inclusion. I’ve developed personalised One Plans for students with disabilities, helping them achieve their social and educational goals in environments that encourage growth, confidence, and belonging. I’ve also collaborated with community organisations, government agencies, and local businesses to create more inclusive and accessible opportunities for those I support.
Today, I bring that same care and experience into my work as a meditation and sound healing practitioner. My sessions combine gentle mindfulness practices with sound therapy to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and inner calm. Whether working one-on-one or in a group, my focus is always on helping each person feel seen, valued, and empowered to live a life of confidence and balance.
